I had a little photoshoot walk after work today. Some of the leaves have already fallen, some of them are still in the process of losing their chloroplast. For me at the moment it symbolizes a lot more than just the promise of the coming winter. Things are changing. Many of the volunteers here are now finishing their projects and heading back home. Me and a few others are just staying here like the stem of the tree, shaking off the leaves and getting ready for the winter. On the other hand, new volunteers will come for sure. Still, I just don't like goodbyes.
It is so
ładny. I love this city. Everyday it feels more and more like home.

I can't even describe how much I like these people. We are from all over the world, in this one picture you can see even Indonesia, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, my dear neighbour Estonia, Georgia, Turkey, Romania, Spain... The atmosphere we all create together with our mixture of different cultures and personalities is incredible. This experience and these people have already had such a big impact on me and how I see the world. That's why now, if anyone who is reading this, has even the slightest desire to volunteer abroad, even this reason is enough to go for it.These pictures are from Euroweek yesterday.
Today my day at work was great. I had only three lessons, but one pf them with my fauvorite class. They make me so happy everytime and give me so much energy and make me so proud of myself for doing this. The biggest reward for me is to see the look of inspiration and happiness on their faces.

After less than two weeks from now I will travel for a week in Poland, Germany and Cech Republic. I'm so much looking forward to it.
This is my favourite piece of urban art here because I can really relate to it. Sometimes I feel like an alien walking around these streets. Although my polish is still getting better. Today one of my students tried to tell me something and I reminded him that I don't understand,
pani nie rozumiem po polsku, pamiętasz? He answered in confusion; ale.. pani mówisz po polsku...
Indeed, volunteering abroad is an amazing and indescribable. I am glad that I met so wonderfull and amazing people here; definitely 6 month will pass to fast.
